This session is an ADD ON to the Sensory Herbalism Workshop at Penzance Food Festival.
The herb explored during the workshop will be specially chosen for its therapeutic synergy with sauna. Following the PZFF sensory herbalism workshop, you can deepen the healing experience with a 45-minute herbal sauna (starting at 11:30 AM and lasting around 45 minutes) in the Mor Holan sauna tent which will be situated directly by the workshop in Penlee park. The herbal sauna add on will be infused with herbal elements to support relaxation, detoxification, and integration.
Bring a bottle of water, swimwear, and 2 x towels.
