Herbal sauna’s with Ruthie offer a beautiful fusion of intuitive herbalism and sauna therapy shared together at the beautiful Al-Nara sauna, in Ludgvan, Near Penzance.

Medicines shared in these sessions are selected for therapeutic synergy with sauna. After the tea ceremony, we’ll move into the wood fired sauna to deepen the medicine and share more herbal delights.

Between sessions in the sauna, cold plunge, and outdoor fire we will work with herbal elements to support relaxation, detoxification, and integration. These may include; aromatic waters, essential oils, fresh herbs, scrubs, infusions, honey syrups and more.
