In this experiential workshop, you’ll receive a gentle medicinal infusion and be guided through a time of deepening—an opportunity to truly connect with your body and the plant under study. After sharing the herbal infusion, Ruthie will lead a guided tasting, encouraging somatic awareness and sensory exploration. Through this process, you’ll tune into the wisdom of the plants and discover their medicinal properties.

The herb explored during the workshop will be specially chosen for its therapeutic synergy with sauna. Following the PZFF sensory herbalism workshop, you can enhance your experience with a 45-minute sauna (starting at 11:30 AM) in the Mor Holan sauna tent which will be situated directly by the workshop in Penlee park. The herbal sauna add on will be infused with herbal elements to support relaxation, detoxification, and integration.
